About the role
You are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.
Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values.
Hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rock AEO Brand Standards.
Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.
Requirements
Love AE and Aerie products.
Lead teams in a retail management role previously.
Multi-task and have attention to detail; prioritize and manage time effectively.
Lead and develop teams, understand employment law, and have business acumen.
Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
