Aeration Specialist

About the Role

As an Aeration Specialist, you will provide organic, hybrid, integrated, and all-nutrient lawn care services, including seeding and aeration. You’ll serve as a subject matter adviser in all things lawn, performing soil analysis and controlling insects, diseases, and weeds. This role involves working outside on beautiful properties in your community, diagnosing problems, and treating landscapes to ensure their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diseases and infestations on client lawns using specialized training.
• Work independently to choose proper products or customized blends for treating lawn problems.
• Communicate with clients, providing comprehensive information about their lawns.
• Operate various types of equipment and perform heavy lifting in various weather conditions.
• Manage and maintain your territory, ensuring high-quality care for lawns and properties.

Requirements

• A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in lawn care maintenance and turf application.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).
• Appropriate Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator’s License(s), or the ability to obtain one.
