Are you ready to lead the transformation of digital experiences for the City of Phoenix? We're seeking an AEM Product Owner who is passionate about delivering innovative web solutions and driving excellence across our enterprise platforms!

Responsibilities

  • Champion the vision and roadmap for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across city departments.
  • Align digital platform strategies with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead teams in the design, development, and deployment of web solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new features.
  • Ensure compliance, accessibility, and performance standards are met.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, budgets, and timelines for successful product delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap across a suite of enterprise digital platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business units.
  • Define and maintain product backlogs for multiple platform workstreams.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Oversee platform integrations, governance, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on product updates, new features, and industry best practices across all managed platforms.

Requirements

  • Three years of responsible experience in applications analysis project involving multiple computer subsystems, including project leader responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in website technology.
  • Two years of experience administering or supporting enterprise content management systems (such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to deliver digital products and services.
  • Experience supporting website accessibility, performance, and security standards.
  • Experience managing product backlogs and leading sprint planning, refinement, and roadmap activities.
