Responsibilities
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management
- Managing periodic governance and reporting
- Development in Opcenter DS for small change requests
- Providing product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members
- Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management
- Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer's manufacturing & business processes
- SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities
- Cordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives
- Closely coordinate and work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations, etc.
- Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform
- Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements
- Provide efficient and optimum solutions to complex business problems
- Translate the solution requirement and work with the development team to build
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform
