AEL Helicopter Pilot - HAA

About the role

We are seeking experienced helicopter pilots to operate aircraft under Visual Flight Rules, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and relevant state and municipal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preflight inspections
• Operate aircraft safely and efficiently following the Rotorcraft Flight Manual
• Monitor weather conditions
• Report discrepancies for maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2000 total flight hours, including 1500 helicopter hours
• 1000 hours as pilot in command
• Specific night flying experience
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
• Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
• High school diploma
• FAA medical certificate
• Ability to meet physical and weight standards
