Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Technician to join our successful surgical practice. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and possess excellent customer service skills. They should be able to develop strong patient connections, assist in patient work-ups, perform vision tests, refract, and support physicians during procedures. Previous medical field experience is preferred but not required.
Education and Experience
- Experience within a professional environment with a strong customer service focus
- Previous experience within the medical field (preferred)
- High school or equivalent education
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time traveling position based in Washington, NC, Kinston, NC, Elizabeth City, NC, and Kitty Hawk, NC. Travel to other locations is required.
