AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)

As a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company and take pride in representing it. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you embody our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset. (Training will be provided.)
• Educate guests on product details and make enthusiastic product suggestions tailored to their needs.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flexibly work across different zones, including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, prioritizing making guests' days better.
• Assist your team in getting the job done, demonstrating a strong teamwork ethic.
• Uphold integrity by consistently adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for interacting with people.
• High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during peak guest shopping times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
