AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates. The role involves training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drives killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Owns day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensures the merchandising team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Supports the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Has flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Has attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Has a "teamwork" mentality and supports the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards.
• Has integrity and ensures store safety standards are maintained.
