AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage merchandising and replenishment, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Executes and trains the Floorset team to ensure all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store is always in top shape through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Works collaboratively with the team to maintain AEO Brand Standards.
• Promotes a culture of recognition and celebrates team successes.
• Maintains store safety standards and implements shrink-reducing strategies.

Requirements

• A passion for merchandising and visual standards.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in retail merchandising and visual skills.

Qualifications

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has a history of retail work.
• Adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO rewards are subject to eligibility requirements.
