AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and ensure the store is always "guest ready."

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Trains and coaches the Floorset team to execute Floorsets to high standards.
• Ensures the store stays in top shape through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Owns maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Supports the team in understanding and maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Ensures the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience and champions a culture of recognition.

Qualifications

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Has retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Has relevant experience in retail work.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO rewards are subject to eligibility requirements.
