AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with ensuring the store is "guest ready," are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store stays in top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining a culture of recognition and celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• Have flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO rewards may be provided based on eligibility and discretion.
