AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and ensure the store is always "guest ready."

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Executes killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store stays in top shape through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and taking action.
• Maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, supporting the team's understanding of these standards.
• Promotes a culture of recognition and celebrates wins with the team.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Has strong retail merchandising and visual skills.

• Has flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
