About the role
Join a young and ambitious team of trainee lawyers where both professional and personal development are prioritized. At the commercial law firm Flemming Jensen, you will have the opportunity to specialize in selected legal areas while also gaining exposure to a broader range of case types during your traineeship.
The role as a trainee lawyer will largely involve independent case handling. You will quickly take on your own cases, manage client communication, and participate in client meetings—sometimes alongside another lawyer from the firm. There will always be ample opportunity to consult with the responsible attorney or other legal professionals at the office.
You will have the chance to participate in court proceedings, including appearing in court. The office atmosphere is informal, with strong collaboration across practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Handle cases independently, including client contact and participation in client meetings
- Engage in court proceedings and appear in court
- Collaborate with and seek guidance from responsible attorneys and other legal professionals
- Develop expertise in selected legal areas while gaining exposure to a broader range of case types
Qualifications
- Participation in the mandatory trainee lawyer education program, including coursework and networking opportunities with other trainees
- Opportunity to attend additional relevant courses to further strengthen professional skills
