Advocacy & Prevention Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe from position summary), Responsibilities (maybe essential duties), Requirements (maybe required skills/abilities and required qualifications), Benefits (if present), Pay (none), Schedule (if mentioned). We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting includes benefits description: "PPGNY's benefits package includes: Generous PTO and holiday schedule Medical, dental and vision coverage options for you and eligible dependents FSA, HSA, Commuter pre-tax reimbursement funds Short- and Long-Term Disability, Free Basic Life and AD&D 401(k) Retirement Plan with Safe Harbor contributions after 1 year of employment". Also mentions immunization requirements but that's not benefit. So we can include Benefits section. Schedule: mentions "Flexibility in work schedule is essential; some evenings and weekends required." Also "Ability to work a flexible or extended schedule, including evenings and weekends, as operational demands require". Also "Typical Working Conditions: Requires flexible schedule and during peak activity periods work in excess of 7.5 hours per day and/or 37.5 hours per week." So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: not mentioned. So omit. We need headings:

for each section: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. The posting includes some EEO-like statements: "PPGNY is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion..." That's maybe boilerplate but it's substantive? It's about diversity commitment. Might be considered EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove that diversity statement. Also remove "All positions at PPGNY require: Proof of immunization..." maybe legal/requirement but it's a requirement; it's not boilerplate? It's a requirement for all positions. Might be considered legal. But it's a requirement; we could keep under Requirements? It says "All positions at PPGNY require: Proof of immunization or immunity to certain communicable diseases (including influenza during the flu season and Covid-19) and testing for tuberculosis. These certifications are required by the NYC DOHMH Health Code, NYSDOH and OSHA." That's a requirement. We'll keep it under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info: The position summary, essential duties broken into categories, core competencies, required skills/abilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, typical physical demands, typical working conditions, benefits, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details but can format as lists. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. So we need to decide what is list vs prose. We have sections: About the role: could be a paragraph summarizing position summary. Use

. Responsibilities: we have essential job duties broken into categories with bullet points. Use

    • for each bullet. Could also have subheadings? Not allowed; only headings are

for sections. So within Responsibilities we can just list all duties as list items, preserving the categories maybe as part of text. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include the category headings as part of list item text (e.g., "DIRECT SERVICES (50%) - Provide direct services in both English and Spanish.") That's okay. Requirements: includes required skills/abilities, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, typical physical demands, typical working conditions, immunization requirement. Could be a mix of lists and prose. We'll use
      • for each bullet/requirement. Benefits: list items. Schedule: maybe a paragraph or list. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we have content. Let's extract details. Position Summary paragraph: "The Advocacy & Prevention Specialist (Spanish Speaking) is responsible for assisting survivors in dealing with the immediate and long-term impact of victimization, as well as working in the community to facilitate programming intended to prevent sexual violence, in both Spanish and English.
