About the role
The Advocacy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance public awareness and support for advocacy initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advocacy campaigns to promote policy changes and support for advocacy goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and insights that inform advocacy efforts.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners to build support for advocacy initiatives.
- Monitor media coverage and public opinion related to advocacy issues and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences including policymakers, community leaders, and the general public.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in advocacy, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.

Pay
- $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
