Essential Duties And Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated Advisory Services Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of projects. Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support client projects Contribute to the development of client presentations and reports, synthesizing data into actionable insights Participate in team meetings, providing input and ideas for project strategies Support project management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for decision-making purposes Attend client meetings and assist in capturing key takeaways and action items Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education And/or Work Experience Requirements Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Previous internship or coursework in consulting or services firm environment or a fast-paced, startup environment Physical Requirements Must be able to work with a secure internet connection (if remote) Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
