M&A Advisory Support deal teams from day one Our advisory interns work alongside analysts and associates on live transactions across M&A, capital raising and strategic projects. Overview What you'll experience Internship based in New York / Remote with direct exposure to Equaryon's core advisory workstreams. Key responsibilities Assist with preparation of presentations, briefing materials and valuation exhibits.Compile industry and company research to support transaction hypotheses.Help organise diligence trackers, data room materials and internal status notes.Participate in team meetings and contribute to daily market updates. Requirements What we're looking for Candidates should demonstrate analytical strength, curiosity and professionalism. Qualifications Undergraduate student entering final or penultimate year.Strong academic performance in finance, economics, engineering or related fields.Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modelling preferred. Attributes Comfort working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, investing or strategy.
