About the role
Lead with Purpose. Partner with Impact. This role is with Kestra Financial Services and focuses on driving advisor adoption, efficiency, and engagement across Kestra’s advisory platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Kestra advisors and staff to drive adoption, optimization, and long-term retention of our AdvisorEnterprise powered by Envestnet and NFS and other core platforms.
- Deliver platform consulting through virtual and in-person meetings with advisors and their teams.
- Conduct training, education, and platform overviews for onboarding and recruiting firms.
- Develop and maintain educational resources and best-practice guidance related to advisory platform usage.
- Act as a liaison between advisors and internal teams (Wealth Management Operations, Wealth Consulting, Advisory Platform Team) to resolve complex platform issues.
- Communicate advisor feedback, adoption trends, and platform challenges to key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a strong client-first mindset.
- Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or consulting
- Deep knowledge of advisory platforms, investment programs, and industry trends
- Strong presentation, training, and relationship-management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Able to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred
- Experience with Envestnet, NFS and/or iCapital platforms
- Professional designations such as CFP®, CIMA®, CFA®, or similar
