Advisory Administrative Assistant III
About the role
Weaver is seeking an Advisory Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative support to the Advisory Partners and internal teams. This person is responsible for general administrative duties, including preparing reports, typing correspondence, and maintaining electronic binder/filing systems and related spreadsheets. The role may involve interacting and corresponding with clients via telephone, email, and in person.
The ideal candidate will be professional, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. This position can be virtual or 100% in-office if located in Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and type correspondence
- Maintain electronic binder/filing system and related spreadsheets
- Interact and correspond with clients via telephone, email, and in person
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of corporate-level administrative experience
- Punctual and dependable
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think of “next-level” questions to find appropriate solutions
- Team-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread
- Competent decision-making capability
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction
- Professional appearance and manner
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Schedule
Expected work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime required during busy seasons for the team.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
