Advisor TIS Systems Analysis

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, manage, and participate in strategic multi-year, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives focused on leveraging the enterprise’s commercial, technical, operational and intellectual capital.
- Participate in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems projects portfolio to ensure scope, approach, governance is setup to deliver the intended outcomes and are aligned to transformation Business and IT drivers.
- Contribute to the definition, communication and improvement of the TIS service delivery model.
- Document and communicate business specifications for proposed solutions.
- Support project/program ramp up activities including being engaged in cross-functional program teams of internal business stakeholders, internal and external technical partners, vendors, consultants; provide a level of technical guidance to the team through the process of defining business requirements, solution and SI Request for Information / Request for Proposal, evaluation, joint solutions, contract negotiations.
- Participates in the delivery of the MRM strategic direction and vision by providing input into the development and implementation of MRM’s vision, goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance, coordination and subject matter business expertise to support Enterprise Risk clients in their day-to-day usage of Openlink Endur/Findur and associated systems.
- Present advice and support to peers and staff to facilitate transformation initiatives.
- Support the ongoing analysis to modernize and simplify the MRM applications and technology portfolio.
- Comply with the strategy and objectives as laid out by MRM Systems management and MRM Program Governance committees.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management.
- Practical experience in theories, principles and operational practices in the areas of IT, Commodity Marketing and/or Risk Management.
- Consideration given for candidates who have worked as a client in the areas of focus (Marketing and/or Risk Management background).
- Previous years’ experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and has provided comprehensive recommendations that coordinated and influenced the direction and/ or outcome of the project team and its clients.
- Aptitude and communications skills related to leading and acting independently.
- Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, influence and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, initiate, facilitate and lead change.
- Working knowledge of Openlink Endur/Findur is preferred.

- Ability to comprehend and apply instructions, solve problems collaboratively, articulate ideas clearly, prioritize tasks, make impactful decisions, follow guidelines, and communicate effectively.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of Openlink Endur/Findur and associated systems.
