You typically have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting related to aircraft assembly in a hands-on technical roleYou typically have a minimum of 0 -2 years of experience involved with learning activities (i.e., coaching and / or technical training)You have a technical degree and /or aircraft related certifications and licenses and / or equivalent experience in coaching / facilitator trainingYou have a high level of technical competency and credibilityYou have experience working in a unionized environmentYou have excellent relational competencies, with capacity to listen and communicate well (written and spoken)You have the ability to build solid relationships based on mutual trustYou have the ability to influence without authority and develop results oriented action plansYou are a team playerYou have experience in Lean and / or continuous improvement conceptsYou are motivated and self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervisionYou have working knowledge of MS Office Suite or other software databases Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
