Your role in our mission
- Lead the development and modernization of healthcare claims solutions at Gainwell.
- Drive technical delivery across the software development lifecycle, from design through release and support.
- Guide architecture, development, and modernization of C/Unix-based healthcare claims applications.
- Partner with product, business, and operations teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Drive engineering excellence through code quality, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 9+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership
- Strong background in C, Unix/Linux, SQL, and system integration
- Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications
- Healthcare claims experience required; Gainwell Interchange preferred
- Knowledge of SDLC, release management, and modern engineering practices
- Experience with multiple claims bundling/editing software platforms is desired
Preferred strengths
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is a plus

The pay range for this position
The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
