Advisor - Supermileage

Super Mileage Advisor — Wayzata High School Wayzata High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Super Mileage Advisor to lead and support students participating in the Super Mileage program. The advisor will provide guidance in vehicle design, engineering, construction, testing, and competition preparation while helping students develop teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and STEM skills. Responsibilities Include Supervise and mentor students during meetings, practices, and competitionsGuide students through vehicle design, construction, testing, and troubleshootingPromote safety and responsible use of tools and equipmentCoordinate competition preparation and logisticsFoster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered team environmentCommunicate effectively with students, families, and Activities Department staff Qualifications: Interest or experience in engineering, automotive technology, STEM education, or related areas is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills are essential. This position is not benefit eligible. Stipend range is $100 - $9,351.
