Advisor Success Manager

About the role

The Advisor Success team at Ingenio is dedicated to supporting independent professionals across multiple brands, helping them grow their businesses and providing exceptional service. This role requires a combination of account management, client success, and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the advisor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Communicate with advisors via various channels including email, messaging, phone, Zoom, and webinars
• Identify trends and opportunities, and implement targeted initiatives to improve advisor engagement and quality
• Manage support tickets efficiently and ensure high-quality resolution
• Propose and implement scalable solutions, including AI-powered tools and automation
• Explore and test new engagement formats to enhance advisor loyalty and advocacy

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a partner/advisor-facing role
• Proven ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of external partners or clients
• Data fluency - able to interpret performance data and use insights to drive change
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse advisor audience
• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
• Exposure to influencer management, creator partnerships, or community-building is a plus
• B2C or marketplace experience is a plus
• Spanish proficiency is advantageous

Pay

The US hourly range for this full-time position is $26.44-$31.25/hour ($55,000-$65,000/annually). The range is determined by role, level, and location within the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
