Join Rho's West Coast GTM team to identify and acquire mid-market startup clients with revenues exceeding $20M. As a full-cycle hunter, you will prospect and close founders and CFOs, leveraging Rho's frictionless financial technology to replace traditional banking. What You Will Do

• Execute full-cycle sales strategies to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the mid-market startup and middle-market segments.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives, founders, and VCs to expand Rho's presence through networking and active partnerships.
• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight Rho's value proposition for automated treasury, cards, and expense management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Brings 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, specifically within fintech, business banking, or complex financial services selling to mid-market companies.
• Possesses a proven track record of outbound prospecting and "hunting" new business, with experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep local market network, with the ability to thrive in a competitive, high-growth environment.

$75,000 - $115,000 OTE + Equity
