About the role
The Quality Advisor provides the generation of quality standards, technical consultation, and leads the team to solve technical and process issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality system procedures, and workmanship standards.
- Define protocols on process and product to solve problems using tools such as FMEA, 8D, CCB, ISO, etc.
- Provide trainings, guidance, and decision-making support to the team.
- Explore advanced technology and methodologies to enhance process and product quality control.
- Lead task force teams to overcome challenges related to product, materials, and processes.
- Offer quality engineering services to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
- Knowledge of software and its use in generating reports.
- In-depth knowledge of product and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of the business unit and its impact on customer satisfaction, product quality, on-time delivery, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PMP, SPC, 8D methodology, and Six Sigma.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Kaizen.
- Effective communication skills with a wide range of internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years (6 to 8 years) of relevant experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (HR to verify if a technical diploma is required).
