Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors, providing administrative and operational support
- Build and maintain strong, positive advisor relationships through responsive and professional service
- Handle advisor requests by phone and email accurately and in a timely manner
- Open and service client accounts, process cashiering items, and complete account maintenance tasks
- Navigate internal systems effectively to gather and manage information
- Partner with Regional Sales Consultants to support existing advisor relationships and onboard new investment advisors
- Communicate daily with the trading team to ensure advisor requests are executed accurately and promptly
- Serve as a key liaison between advisors and the trading department
- Provide backup receptionist support, including handling incoming calls
- Afford assistance and provide coverage for other Account Managers as needed
- Contribute to a team environment focused on shared goals, cross-coverage, and consistent service quality
Scope & Expectations
- Manage advisor relationships and routine operational requests independently, requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Close collaboration with fellow Account Managers, the trading team, Regional Sales Consultants, and other internal departments is essential
- Team members are expected to provide cross-coverage, communicate proactively, and maintain a polished, service-oriented presence in all advisor and internal interactions
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, with a client-first mindset and professional demeanor
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or business-related field
- Ability to obtain industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 65
- Prior experience in financial services, client servicing, or operations
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $50,000, commensurate with experience.
