Advisor-Marketing Operations

This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.

About the role

Provide strategic advisory support for marketing operations optimization, process improvement, and technology implementation across all marketing functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience
• Five (5) years Marketing Operations or Business Operations experience
• Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and process optimization
• Experience with project management and change management initiatives
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategic recommendations for marketing operations optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Works collaboratively on advisory support for marketing technology evaluation, selection, and implementation projects
• Maintains expertise in marketing operations, best practices and industry benchmarking for continuous improvement
• Manages documentation and training programs to enhance marketing team operational efficiency
• Maintains data governance and quality assurance frameworks to ensure marketing data integrity and compliance
• Drives cross-functional collaboration on marketing operations projects and technology integration initiatives
• Supports change management and adoption strategies for new marketing operations processes and technologies
• Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned
