About the role
The role is an entrepreneurial opportunity within Highland Private Wealth Management, a multi-office advisory practice with locations in Bellevue and Ellensburg. It focuses on helping high-net-worth individuals and families maximize their financial returns and aligns financial decisions with personal goals.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and needs
- Build and grow a personal book of business through proactive, strategic business development
- Manage and deepen client relationships following acquisition
- Monitor market trends and participate in ongoing investment strategy discussions
- Maintain and exceed revenue targets set for client acquisition
- Design and deliver tailored client service and planning experiences
- Collaborate with external advisors (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to enhance client outcomes
- Actively expand professional network through events and relationship-building efforts
- Contribute to and uphold a high-performance, client-first culture
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Advisor in wealth management
- Proven track record of growing a book of business
- Series 65 (or equivalent) certification
- Primarily on-site, remote option may be available for non-local candidates dependent upon experience and client base
- Professional designation (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required

Pay
Base salary of $160,000-$170,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
