Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver exceptional service to every customer. Advisors play a direct role in the success of our retail locations through customer interactions, process improvements, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy on the sales floor
• Delight customers through outstanding service
• Demonstrate unparalleled product knowledge and offer exceptional style advice
• Reinvent the glasses-shopping experience with creative ideas
• Anticipate the needs of your team and customers, and assist proactively
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Pay

Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
