Summary

The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with Gainwell's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management, from initial planning to post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience in managing large-scale, complex events
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
