About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This role is part of the Advisor Development Program, where you will start by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses and then progress to become a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • Study for and pass the Securities Industry Essentials exam
  • Learn foundational skills for being an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
  • Humanize financial interactions and guide clients towards achieving their financial goals
  • Deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care
  • Work in a financial center and assist in delivering investment solutions and client care
  • Build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
  • Progress through the stages of development to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor

Requirements

  • Displays confidence working in a sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience
  • Builds strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Displays a proactive mindset and effective time management
  • Demonstrates a results-driven mindset and prioritizes client interests
  • Identifies appropriate client solutions through application of learnings and new information
  • Applies relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and creating long-term client strategies

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is available on a 1st shift (United States of America) basis with 40 hours per week.
