About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) role is part of this organization, focusing on developing advisors who will eventually become Merrill Financial Advisors.

Responsibilities

• Obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Learning foundational skills for advising clients, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
• Guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
• Working in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care
• Transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and building a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Continuing to develop skills and potentially progressing to a Merrill Financial Advisor role

Desired Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
