About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. The Financial Solutions Advisor role within the centralized segment of the Advisor Development Program is designed to prepare you for a career within Merrill Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
  • Receive dedicated and personalized classes for your exams
  • Learn foundational skills for being an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
  • Provide holistic financial advice and guidance to clients
  • Align Merrill and Bank of America products and services where appropriate
  • Work with both affluent and high net worth clients, identifying needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations
  • Progress into the Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role upon demonstrating success as an FSA

Requirements

  • Displays confidence working in a sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
