About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. The role involves working as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) under the mentorship of experienced advisors.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and pass necessary securities industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Learn and apply foundational advisor skills, including client relationship management, financial planning, and solution guidance
• Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions
• Gradually transition to a local Merrill Wealth Management office and build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Participate in dedicated programs, tools, and resources provided by the Academy to support career growth

Requirements

• Successfully complete Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is required for this location

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of experience in a financial service or sales environment
• A bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
