Advisor, Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Programs
Day-to-day administration of hourly pay programs, including ensuring pay actions are aligned to wage structures, and established guidelines, data file preparation, and validation of system reporting.
Administer short-term incentive (STI) programs, including metric collection and payout calculations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of payments.
Annual Salary Review process system testing, data preparation, auditing, and communications.
Candidate job evaluations based on established criteria to ensure internal equity and alignment with organizational compensation frameworks.
Maintain and validate compensation data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting.
Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, managers and employees on compensation programs and policies.
Ongoing and ad hoc compensation programs and initiatives as needed.
Benefits Programs
Administration of retirement and Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) programs.
Track eligibility, elections and contributions to ensure accurate processing.
Perform contribution funding reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of contributions, timely funding, and compliance with plan provisions.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
Respond to HR Business Partner and employee inquiries related to retirement and ESOP programs.
Partner with team on health and wellness benefit programs on ad hoc basis.
Analysis, Reporting, and Operational Excellence
Maintain and analyze compensation and benefits program data and develop reporting to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify administration.
Prepare, update, and distribute program communications and guidelines to promote awareness, understanding, and effective execution of compensation and financial benefits programs.
Monitor regulatory changes, market practices, and emerging trends to support effective management of compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting employee compensation and/or financial benefits programs.
- Experience handling confidential employee and compensation data.
- Exposure to hourly wage structures and short-term incentive programs preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel capability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration platforms.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
