About the role

New Store Opening Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our customers. In supporting our retail locations across the country (and Canada!), Advisors have a direct, immediate impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and various special projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of fashion and technology trends

Schedule

Warby Parker offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. Full-time employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 26 hours worked, receive 5 paid holidays, and 5-10 vacation days per year (after waiting period, depending on tenure and hours worked). Part-time employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked.
