About the role

You will be responsible for selling our investment real-estate portfolio in Brussels and Antwerp. You will independently manage each file in detail and guide the client through the psychological purchase process. This includes calling prospects to schedule in-home appointments and providing professional advice on their investment portfolio. You will receive the necessary support from our administrative team.

You will work from our headquarters in Brussels but will primarily be in the field visiting new clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell investment real estate in Brussels and Antwerp
• Independently manage each client dossier in detail
• Guide clients through the psychological purchase process
• Cold-call prospects to schedule in-home appointments
• Provide professional investment portfolio advice
• Visit new clients in the field

• No 9-to-5 mentality; able to work both independently and in a team
