Advertising Sales Representative

About the role

LPi is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, building relationships, closing new business, and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory.

Pay

$42,250 base salary + uncapped commission. Typical first-year earnings of $60,000–$65,000. Established representatives earn $85,000+. Top performers can earn $100,000+. Up to $5,000 Fast Track Bonus for achieving new‑hire sales milestones. Annual employee bonus opportunity of up to $1,500.

Responsibilities

• Sell print and digital advertising to small and medium-sized businesses
• Generate new business through high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
• Build relationships with business owners and decision‑makers
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through close
• Grow existing customer accounts
• Organize and manage your assigned territory independently
• Use company‑provided technology, training and resources to achieve sales goals
• Travel approximately 30% overnight, depending on your territory

Requirements

• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high‑volume sales
• Motivated by goals and uncapped earning potential
• Persistent and comfortable hearing “no”
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of achieving results
• Sales experience in business development, advertising, media, marketing or another high‑volume sales environment preferred
