About the role
Spectrum Reach (www.spectrumreach.com) is the advertising sales division of Spectrum. We offer best-in-class premium video solutions to business owners and advertising agencies nationwide. Spectrum Reach is seeking an Account Executive to join our In Market Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and strategic goals
- Cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies
- Recognize business challenges that Spectrum Reach's media solutions can address; connect solutions with business challenges
- Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of Business
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt your style and delivery to many levels of technical expertise
- Deliver client results that earn repeat business
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- 1+ years outside or B2B sales experience
- Adept at using data in the development and sale of a media strategy
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiating
- Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Accustomed to building processes to hold yourself accountable to goals; own your day
- Familiarity of the Adtech ecosystem including ad network, ad exchange, SEM platform, DSP, SSP, and other online advertising technology
- Knowledgeable in Digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agencies
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce
- Knowledgeable in media research & planning tools (ie Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4, etc.)
- Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers

The base pay for this position generally is between $40,000.00 and $42,500.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $122,400.00.

The base pay for this position generally is between $40,000.00 and $42,500.00.
