The Advertising Account Executive (AE) is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring marketing strategies align with client business goals. This role serves as the strategic and communication lead for assigned accounts, partnering closely with Project Managers, Account Coordinators and internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget. The AE focuses on client success, growth opportunities, and overall account health.

As an Advertising Account Executive at AdPro, you will take the lead in managing client relationships, ensuring that marketing strategies align with their business objectives. This critical role positions you as the strategic and communication conduit for assigned accounts, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Account Coordinators to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. You'll focus on client success and account health, taking charge of financial management and day-to-day coordination when needed. Your responsibilities include leading client communications, conducting meetings, and providing timely updates to senior leadership. With a firm grasp of industry trends and client needs, you will translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for internal teams, fostering strong relationships built on trust and responsiveness. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and budget management will support both client and agency growth, making this position a vital component of our success at AdPro.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for assigned client accounts
- Financial health of the account including budget management
- Lead client communication, including meetings, presentations, and ongoing correspondence
- Clear and timely communication with the Sr. Director of Account Services on important account matters
- Works closely with Sr. Director of Account Services, President and Controller on contract/scope development
- Maintains and demonstrates familiarity with the clients' industry, including relevant news, competitive activity, and market dynamics
Qualifications
- Minimum of three to five years in Marketing, Advertising, or Account Management—preferably within an agency setting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and multiple active accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with integrated marketing channels such as digital, social media, print, radio, and TV
- Proficiency in common workplace tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary for leading client interactions and internal discussions
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms to enhance ability to make data-driven decisions
- Capacity to train and mentor junior team members
Pay
Competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year (based on experience).
Schedule
This position requires three days in office and on two days you may work from home.
