About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to join our team at Housewares Co. This is a permanent position based in our office, at home, or remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Attend trade shows and industry events

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (not required)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management
