AdventurePark Activities Coordinator

Full-time position at Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo in River Ranch, FL. Starting rate: $16/hour with access to earned income instantly through DailyPay.

About the role

As an Adventure Park Activities Coordinator, you'll create exciting, memorable experiences for guests while overseeing some of the resort's most popular attractions. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with guests, and helping create unforgettable adventures in a fun and safe environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate attractions including the Air Jumper, Zipline, Rock Wall, Mechanical Bull, and Bounce House.
• Ensure guests safely enjoy attractions by following all operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Create an energetic, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests of all ages.
• Cross-train and assist with other resort recreation and activities during slower seasons.
• Partner with other resort departments to promote activities and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe activity areas and equipment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while assisting with daily operations and special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company golf carts.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including weekends and holidays.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous recreation, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, or guest service experience preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Commitment to safety while providing exceptional customer service.
