Adventure Club Activity Aides

About the role

Support staff are needed to assist in the Adventure Club program at Rockwood School District. The position involves engaging students in outdoor activities and ensuring their safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during outdoor activities
• Ensure all equipment is safe and properly used
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust activities accordingly
• Provide first aid as necessary
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid certification
• Experience working with children

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Pay

$8.60 hourly, with an additional $1.00 per hour bonus for Monday through Friday morning and afternoon shifts.

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays, with some weekend and evening responsibilities.
