Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with various requests for information, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure basic customer details held in the CRM system are accurate and document follow-up actions.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify their requirements.
• Develop customer relationships and prospect by contacting allocated potential customers (via telephone or in person).
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to regulatory and internal codes.
• Support routine business development tasks by following established procedures.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, recommendations, and data exploration.
• Input and select appropriate data from provided information into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks to build influence.

Qualifications

NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advanced, or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required).
