Advanced Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage project tasks to support Treasury Operations.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Legal, and other Treasury areas for effective communication and problem-solving.
• Analyze US and OUS cash management processes, as well as global tax and accounting practices.
• Utilize data analytics to provide insights and drive value for Eastman.
• Work with the Internal International Finance and Capital Structure team to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and recommend solutions for corporate financial initiatives.
• Optimize ongoing activities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage Inter-company Loan portfolio using SAP TRM, Treasury and Risk Management module, SAP IHC, and In-House Cash module.
• Support special projects and Mergers and Acquisitions activities.
• Liaise with Global Cash teams to develop optimal structures and manage key cash movements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or other Business related degree required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Experience in financial analysis, corporate banking, treasury, accounting, or business-related experience highly preferred.
