Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a field-focused training and development strategy
- Design competency-based programs to enhance clinical and sales skills
- Build structured onboarding and certification pathways
- Drive continuous professional development for sales teams
- Partner with leaders to identify field skill gaps and provide solutions
- Lead the creation of tools and curriculum for consultative selling
- Incorporate AI and digital platforms to scale training and personalize learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of sales experience in life sciences or medical device
- 3+ years in sales training or coaching
- Experience developing training programs required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
