As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Manager, Training & Development who is passionate about developing people, strengthening leadership capabilities, and creating training programs that make a meaningful impact across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of an enterprise‑wide training strategy, partner with leadership across multiple departments, and help shape the future of employee development at Clark Pacific. In this role you will lead and shape the company's training and development strategy, build leadership development programs that support employees at every stage of their careers, partner directly with executive leadership and department leaders, develop training initiatives that support our growing manufacturing and operations teams, lead and mentor training professionals across multiple locations, introduce innovative learning technologies and development solutions, and make a measurable impact on employee performance, workforce readiness, and organizational growth. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, construction, field operations, and corporate functions, creating opportunities to develop programs that directly support our people and business. The position is based in West Sacramento, California, and works primarily in an in‑person office environment, with occasional exposure to manufacturing operations and up to 10% business travel.
