About the role
The Advanced Therapy Liaison plays a crucial role in facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Interact with patients to understand their needs and concerns regarding therapy services.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with healthcare providers.
- Provide support to patients during therapy sessions and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure that all patient information is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
