Advanced Systems Engineer for Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field (or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience).
• 5+ years of job‑related experience (or Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience).
• Agile experience preferred.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop next‑generation cryptography as part of the Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions group.
• Lead the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools.
• Apply technical standards and methodologies to create innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Deliver strong presentations, negotiate effectively, and meet challenging customer requirements.
• Commit to ongoing professional development for self and others.
• Utilize DOORs for requirements management.
• Employ Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule with a 9/80 work pattern (every other Friday off, if desired).
• Fully onsite position at the Scottsdale, Arizona campus.

Pay

• Target salary range: $124,397 – $135,000 per year (based on experience, location, and other factors).
